Red River Gorge

Headed South last weekend for a day trip with my family. To play and discover with them was a total joy. No time restraints, no agenda. Just being.

A surprise burst of red in all that green.

Three amigos

Sophia was shaking from the adrenaline and maybe a little fear of keeping up with her siblings... but she did and she totally impressed me with her determination. 

I asked her to sit down mid-hike for a quick photo. At first she said no and kept going, then turned around, came back, sat down and smiled like this. Hilariously cute. 

And this face was next.

Pretending like to be asleep

She walked right over to the rocks and asked to sit up there.

Of course you have to take a break from hiking to pretend to be a dinosaur. Duh.
